Low‑Voltage Power Cable
It is used for power transmission and distribution in power systems with AC 50 Hz and rated voltage of 1~3 kV for fixed installation.
The cable can be installed indoors, outdoors, in air and buried in soil, and is allowed to be partially exposed to ponding water.
Permitted installation methods include tunnels, pipelines, cable trenches, cable trays and duct banks. Armoured cables may be directly buried underground, and steel‑wire armoured cables are suitable for vertical installation.
Single‑core cables shall not be laid inside magnetic metal conduits.
Non‑magnetic armouring materials shall be adopted for single‑core armoured cables.
The cable installation environment shall be well‑ventilated for heat dissipation.

Rated Operating Temperature of Conductor

The maximum rated operating temperature of cable conductor is 90 °C. Under short‑circuit condition (maximum duration ≤5 s), the temperature shall not exceed 250 °C.

Permissible Bending Radius of Cable

For single‑core cables: not less than 20 times the cable outer diameter.


For multi‑core cables: not less than 15 times the cable outer diameter.
