Use
Used for wiring of power devices with a rated voltage of 450/750V and below for communication purposes.
Plastic insulated cables include, but are not limited to, the following products
l Single-core hard conductor unsheathed cable for general purposes (CU/PVC(XLPE)/FR), with 1 core, rated voltage of 450/750V, and conductor cross-sectional area ranging from 1.5 to 400mm2
l Single-core flexible conductor unsheathed cable for general purposes (CU/PVC/FR /FLEX), number of cores: 1, rated voltage: 450/750V, conductor cross-sectional area: 1.5~240mm2
For internal wiring, use a single-core solid conductor unsheathed cable (CU/PVC(XLPE)/FR) with a conductor temperature of 70°C. The cable has one core, a rated voltage of 300/500V, and a conductor cross-sectional area ranging from 0.5 to 1mm2
For internal wiring, use a single-core flexible conductor cable without sheath (CU/PVC/FR/FLEX) with a conductor temperature of 70°C. The cable has one core, a rated voltage of 300/500V, and a conductor cross-sectional area ranging from 0.5 to 1mm2
For internal wiring, use a single-core solid conductor unsheathed cable (CU/PVC(XLPE)/FR/90) with a conductor temperature of 90°C. The cable has one core, a rated voltage of 300/500V, and a conductor cross-sectional area ranging from 0.5 to 2.5mm2
For internal wiring, use a single-core flexible conductor unsheathed cable (CU/PVC/FR/FLEX/90) with a conductor temperature of 90°C. The cable has one core, a rated voltage of 300/500V, and a conductor cross-sectional area ranging from 0.5 to 2.5mm2
Lightweight PVC sheathed cable (CU/PVC(XLPE)/PVC/FR), with core counts of 2, 3, 4, and 5, rated voltage of 300/500V, and conductor cross-sectional area ranging from 1.5 to 35mm2
Lightweight PVC sheathed flexible cord (CU/PVC/PVC/FR /FLEX), number of cores: 2, 3, rated voltage: 300/300V, conductor cross-sectional area: 0.5~0.75mm2
l Ordinary PVC sheathed flexible cord (CU/PVC/PVC/FR /FLEX), number of cores: 2, 3, 4, 5, rated voltage: 300/500V, conductor cross-sectional area: 0.75~2.5mm2

Rated operating temperature of conductor
The maximum rated operating temperature of the conductor in PVC insulated cables is 70℃
The maximum rated operating temperature of the conductor in XLPE insulated cables is 90℃
The maximum rated operating temperature of the conductor of low smoke zero halogen (LSFH) insulated cables is 105℃, 125℃, or 150℃
