Use
The cable used for connecting between the power supply and the variable frequency motor, serving as a means of transmitting electrical power
It has good temperature and weather resistance, low transmission impedance, good electromagnetic compatibility, low working capacitance, anti-interference and low radiation
Adopting a symmetrical 3+3 structure to achieve homogenization of the electric field and balance among phases
Cable specifications
Number of cores: 3+3
Conductor cross-sectional area: 1.5~300mm2
l Voltage level: 0.6/1kV
Special properties of cables
Flame retardant/fire-resistant/halogen-free low smoke flame retardant/halogen-free low smoke flame retardant and fire-resistant
Oil-resistant/UV-resistant/low temperature-resistant/high temperature-resistant
Anti-termite/anti-rodent
Rated operating temperature of conductor
The maximum rated operating temperature of the conductor of XLPE insulated cable is 90℃, and it does not exceed 250℃ during short circuit (with a maximum duration of no more than 5s)
Allowable bending radius of cable
For rigid conductors, it should not be less than 12 times the cable's outer diameter; for flexible cables, it should not be less than 6 times the cable's outer diameter.
cable structure
The main structural components of a cable are: conductor, insulation layer, shielding layer, and protective layer
among which
The conductor material is copper (Cu)
The insulating material is cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE)
The shielding layer materials are: copper wire (CW) and copper tape (CT)
The sheathing materials are: polyvinyl chloride (PVC), low smoke zero halogen (LSFH), galvanized steel tape (ST)
Typical structure of cable:
CU+XLPE+CTS/CWS+PVC/ LSFH/FR
CU+XLPE+CTS/CWS +STA +PVC /LSFH/FR
